4.7 Earthquake Shakes Southeast

If you felt a whole lot of shaking going on this morning, you weren't imagining things.

At 3:29 am Alaska Daylight Time, an earthquake of a magnitude of 4.7 in the Queen Charlotte Islands region could be felt in Ketchikan & surrounding areas.

The epic center was reported 85 miles south southwest of Craig and 110 miles southwest of Ketchikan at latitude 54.28N & longitude 133.68W. The depth was 24.1 kilometers.
