 2002 Phenomenal Women Awards Margaret Cloud Honored
She has volunteered hundreds of hours to tutoring and teaching children and through this began the H.A.T.S. program [Homework Assistance, Tutoring and Snacks]. Margaret is also extremely involved in the Saxman Culture Camp and various Alaska Native cultural events.
